As women your world is filled with unique challenges
and opportunities at home and at work. 61% of those working women
surveyed by the Families and Work Institute said that their work
was the center of their life. 32% said that their work and personal
life were equally important. However, that 32% feel more successful,
are less stressed and have an easier time managing their career
and family. AND they advance to higher reporting levels and are
more successful in their home and work lives.
In this program we will address the issue of balancing
home and work, as well as the social and cultural issues that affect
the success of the woman who works. We will also examine the unique
strengths and weaknesses that we have as women, and create an action
plan that puts it all together.
